I wish there was something cheaper than $132/yr to get the Address Book feature (because 30 people). AnyDesk saves my (and their) ass on a near-daily basis, and it's sooo much better than trying to walk someone through screen-after-screen (which often goes sideways). Ps: BTW, great software! Although I am just shy of 71, I am the default tech support for old friends and extended family, so about 30 people, ages 4 to 82.

Tl dr: You need to enable the AnyDesk Control Service in Android's Settings > Accessibility. Control Android from PC with Phone Mirror. You can select the best one and follow the instructions given to control your smartphone. Fortunately I ran into a 2-month old post on this sub. This article will discuss some options that help access and control phone from PC. I just encountered this problem (not the first time, but I keep forgetting about how to fix it).
